Returns

Step 1

Make sure to return the item in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Please seal the package with clear tape and do not use duct tape.

Step 2

Write your address on a piece of paper as the return address and include our address as the delivery address. If you're returning a package, it's essential that we can identify who the return is from. If this information is missing, there's a risk that your package may get lost with the courier service (such as Royal Mail, DHL, or Evri), or we may not be able to accept it.

Step 3

Notify us of your return by email at britboxed@gmail.com. We’d love to hear the reason why you’re returning your item. Once you exercise your return right and provide your IBAN details, your refund will be processed within 10 days.

⚠️ Important: We must receive proof that the item has been shipped back to us. This proof can be a shipping receipt from Royal Mail/DHL or a confirmation email from the carrier.

Step 4

Send your return using Royal Mail or DHL, as these are the most cost-effective options. Return shipping or pickup costs are at your own expense. We kindly ask for your understanding.

⚠️ Please note: If the goods arrive damaged, poorly packed, or not in accordance with our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund.

If you have a complaint, we kindly ask you to include photos. This helps us to work with you on a suitable and fair solution.
